Now, it’s not set in stone that the iPad Mini will be unveiled on the 23rd October, but the tag line “we’ve got a little more to show you” emphasises they’ve got something smaller than an existing product to show us. The rumours that have been going around the internet for what seems like forever finally look like they’re coming true!
So, what can we expect from an iPad Mini? Well, according to various sources on the internet, you can expect the following;
- a 7.85 inch screen
- 1024×768 resolution (same as the iPad & iPad 2)
- thinner and lighter than any current iPad
- Priced at around £200 for the basic one
- Lightning cable connection
But a whole event just talking about a smaller iPad? They can’t have that much to say about it. So what else could they be announcing? The folks at Cult of Mac predict a new iMac, sporting the Teardrop design. They’ve even made some mockups;
